Born in Cuba, I moved to Brasil when I was 20 years old and then moved
to Tromsø at the age of 25. I have a Master degree in Art History from
the University of Tromsø and a Interior Design diploma from NKI Norway. I
started my own interior design company 7 years ago called
www.lineadesign.no. I also worked at 70°nord arkitektur in Tromsø. I
have participated in a program called Global Future (hosted by NHO).
This is a national program for foreigners with a university degree who
want to learn more about leadership in Norway. I have also been a
participant of Kvinnovasjon course (women innovasjon hosted by
Senjanæringshage), who helps women in Troms to start their own business.
I have now finished the course Reis og Rykk where I have been working and learing how to run a design and architecture center in Denmark.
I have also got funds from Innovasjon Norway to travel in Norway and learn how they do it here as well.
This year we have got funds from INTRO to create the ground for establishing a Design & Architecture center in Tromsø while I continue doing activities related to promulgate design and architecture in northern Norway.
